LXA was born from a desire to do things differently.  We wanted to harness our passion for projects and create a multidisciplinary company that allowed us to do things our way. We offer no-nonsense, professional advice clients can rely on.  We bring ideas to life, offering clients a unique and extensive service. We can take care of everything - from start to finish - or step in to support clients as and when they need us.

Our head office is based near London Bridge; we also have offices in Manchester, Dubai, India and most recently, Saudi Arabia employing around 100 staff globally.

David Rees
CEO & Founder
David is our CEO and Founder. As a chartered architect and project manager he understands projects as well as business, and knows how to push boundaries in both. An entrepreneur by nature, David’s current focus is expanding the LXA’s services offering and the brand internatonally. Despite this, David still manages to stay close to key projects and clients, and leads from the front with his own ‘sleeves rolled’ up approach.
Richard Parton

Richard is our Managing Director and oversees the running of the business. He’s a qualified quantity surveyor with over 20 years' experience in both cost and project management. He has an incredible ability to stay calm, whatever the situation. Try and faze him. We bet you can't do it.
Dave Rooney

As the Design Director at LXA, Dave controls LXA's creative output. With over 20 years' experience, Dave has orchestrated design solutions across the UK and the Middle East. His passion is built on client understanding and co-operation.
James Forrest-Lines
Director - Head of Project Management

James heads up the Project Management Team at LXA, running some of the largest projects across the business. As a former officer in the Royal Engineers his leadership skills are second to none. He has a strong ability to build morale in a team and get the job done!
Andrea Miorin
Associate Director - Head of Design

Andrea knows how to realise visions. Through years of experience delivering complex design concepts for high end interiors in modern and listed buildings, she will ensure that all aspects of the concept are coordinated and translated accurately on site. She is a qualified Interior Architect with practical experience as a joiner, keen to turn design visions into reality.

Originally from Lebanon, Rana has a strong interior design background and extensive experience in the UAE. As Head of Creative at LXA’s Dubai office, she shapes the firm’s design vision, leads the creative team, and ensures high standards of innovation and quality. Her calm leadership fosters a collaborative environment that inspires creativity and excellence.

David is our Technical Head in Dubai overseeing the BIM team and providing technical knowledge acquired over 20 years working in the Gulf region. He is a UK registered Architect with a broad knowledge of Interior Design and Architecture projects. David is technology driven and is passionate about the latest advances and their potential to reshape the industry.
Saima Awais
Head of Procurement and FF&E

Born and raised in the UAE, Saima heads LXA’s Procurement and FF&E Department with over 15 years of experience. She specialises in optimising sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost-effective procurement. Passionate about staying current with industry trends, she excels in contract negotiation, quality compliance, and process improvements, ensuring procurement aligns with organisational goals and delivers strategic value.
Yukesh Balakrishnan

Yukesh has extensive experience managing large-scale projects in the GCC. As a seasoned project management leader at LXA’s Dubai office, his strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail enable him to navigate complex challenges. He leads the team with precision, optimising workflows and delivering results that exceed client expectations from concept to completion.
Craig Carter

Craig has a comprehensive knowledge of the individual project, from demolition and site set up through to the specification, finishes and client hand over. His attention to detail is like no other, with a regular site presence he works on the ‘nuts and bolts’ of a project ensuring a smooth project delivery and the continued relationships with our clients.

Jessica leads marketing and bid management for LXA across the Middle East. With a background in interior design and experience in sales and marketing, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to her role. Imogene plays a key role in our Middle East studio, driving company strategy, market positioning, and internal operations. With a strong background as a data analyst, she is our in-house mathematician, known for solving complex challenges with precision and insight. Working closely with the Leadership Team, Imogene is instrumental in shaping the LXA brand and propelling the company forward.
