LXA contributed their Cost Consultancy services to the successful delivery of this 16th century countryside Manor House over 9 acres of land. The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and alteration of the main Listed Building, along with the renovation of several barns and a cottage. The property now features state-of-the-art facilities, including a spa, gym, cinema room, car archive, wine cellar, and entertainment space.
