La Rosiere is a panoramic ski - summit new build hotel located on the French/Italian border in the region of Les Eucherts. LXA were commissioned to provide Interior Design consultancy services for 69 guest rooms, including 22 suites, a brasserie, all public areas, spa, and destination restaurant, LA Tavola. The restaurant was inspired by the nearby Italian region of Aosta. The interior design narrative is an upscale interpretation of the traditional alpine mountain style. An elephant motif is evidence throughout the hotel, drawings on the story of the great military commander Hannibal, who with his elephants passed through La Rossiere in 2188bc on his way to Italy. La Rosiere was Hyatt Centric’s first hotel in a European ski resort.
